1.           While submitting any piece of writing or illustration with us for consideration of publication, the authors understand that the same has not been sent or is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

2.           By virtue of submission and the supporting e-mail, the authors give Rupkatha (www.rupkatha.com) the Exclusive Copyright to publish and reproduce the articles, diagrams, maps and images online and in hard paper formats and on other digital formats like CD/DVD etc unlimited number of copies at any time.

3.           The authors are responsible for getting the permission from the Copyright Holders for the reproduction of articles, long quotations, diagrams, maps and images.

4.           The authors should note that Rupkatha is a non-profit, non-commercial and open access platform. The authors and artists should understand that they will NOT be paid for their writings/works. They should consider this as a free service to the open access knowledge community.
